About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring a Total Rewards Coordinator on behalf of our client, a mid-sized organization with a multi-entity structure. This role supports large employee size and HR Business Partners across numerous business units. This role requires support and experience with benefits, compensation, and total rewards operations.
Job Description:
The Total Rewards Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for benefits and compensation programs. This role is well-suited for an HR professional who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation in total rewards while supporting a high-volume, fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day benefits processes, including enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries
- Manage the HR benefits inbox and ensure timely, accurate follow-up
- Partner with HR Business Partners to resolve benefits-related questions and issues
- Assist with leave of absence tracking and documentation
- Support benefits billing activities, including reconciliation and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with third-party benefits administrators on employee and system-related issues
- Assist with compensation surveys and data preparation
- Support employee recognition, bonus, and relocation programs
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports using HR systems and Excel
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, or HR operations
- Experience supporting a mid-sized organization preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
