**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible rewards and benefits.
Essential Job Duties
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market analysis.
  • Help design and manage employee recognition programs to promote a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding total rewards inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all total rewards programs and employee participation.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects related to total rewards.
  • Ensure all total rewards programs comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • May require periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary.
