Introduction:

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Total Rewards Analyst position. This position is a 9 month + contract, with potential of future transition to direct employment. This position will start on site for 1-month of training, then will move to Hybrid (3 days in office). Specific days are not set, but selected hire must be flexible to be in office as needed.
Total Rewards Analyst Summary:
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights across the company's compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting senior leadership decision-making, and ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant.
Total Rewards Analyst Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis across compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs
Develop models to evaluate:
  • Pay competitiveness and equity
  • Benefits utilization and cost trends
  • Mobility cost and policy effectiveness
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and recommendations:
  • Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal finance accounting teams to gather employee data and oversee the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of vouchers for payment of administrative fees for all group plans when needed
Storytelling & Executive Reporting
  • Create impactful presentations and dashboards tailored for senior leadership
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews, board discussions, and HR leadership forums
Tell a clear 'story with data' to:
  • Support strategic decisions
  • Highlight risks and opportunities
  • Drive alignment on Total Rewards strategies

Compensation & Benefits Analysis:

  • Perform benchmarking against market data
  • Identify trends and recommend program improvements
Support design and evaluation of:
  • Base pay structures
  • Incentive programs
  • Benefits offerings

Mobility & Immigration Analytics:

  • Analyze assignment costs, vendor performance, and policy effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and cost efficiency
Provide analytical support for:
  • Domestic and international mobility programs
  • Immigration trends and cost impacts

Compliance & Risk Analysis
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation and controls
  • Identify and escalate potential risks
Conduct compliance reviews across all Total Rewards programs, including:
  • Pay equity and regulatory compliance
  • Benefits and mobility policy adherence
  • Immigration-related requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide analytical support for strategic HR initiatives and projects
Partner with:
  • HR Business Partners
  • Finance
  • Legal / Compliance
  • External vendors


Total Rewards Analyst Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field of study with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with WorkDay or related HRIS systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate AI skills
