Hexcel has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Total Rewards (Hybrid) to join the Corporate Total Rewards Team located in Stamford, CT USA.
The Analyst, Total Rewards will support Hexcel's compensation and benefits programs including implementation, administration, communications, and compliance. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills. The Analyst, Total Rewards must be able to work independently as well as within a team and/or cross-functionally and thrive in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
This position will report directly to the Director, Global Compensation, with a dotted line to the Director, Benefits and will support team members of all levels.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Compensation:
  • Participate in compensation surveys including the evaluation and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, and maintain data in compensation management system
  • Provide ongoing support to the Director, Global Compensation and Compensation Manager on a variety of projects, equity and incentive program analytics, including assisting with the preparation of compensation committee meeting materials.
  • Conduct adhoc market pricing/pay range development and salary analysis as requested
  • Support annual compensation planning process for merit increases, bonus payouts and equity grants
  • Prepare and distribute communications regarding eligibility and overview of bonus and/or equity programs
  • Manage and administer the global equity grant and ESPP programs including employee assistance, grant reporting analysis, recordkeeping, reconciliations, and stock ownership tracking

Benefits:
  • Assist with day-to-day administration of health and welfare, risk and wellbeing programs as well as benefits onboarding and offboarding
  • Support open enrollment cycle with Workday user testing, vendors materials, integrations, and communications
  • Manage Health Savings Account banking and funding process, including bi-weekly and year end reconciliations
  • Respond to adhoc/tier one benefit inquiries from HR managers and employees
  • Perform routine audits of benefit plans to ensure compliance with ERISA, state and federal regulations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
  • Experience or interest in benefits, compensation, total rewards, or human resources preferred
  • Ability to plan, allocate time and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to building and sustaining collaborative relationships at multiple levels
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and research skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, PivotTable) and other Microsoft Office applications
