Position Summary:

2nd Swing is looking for an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support our growing team during a high-volume hiring period. This role will own the full-cycle recruiting process for retail, warehouse, and corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a full-time or part-time, temporary, in-office position at our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of hourly and salaried positions.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively build talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Manage recruiting activity, candidate records, and reporting within UKG Recruiting (UKG Pro/UKG Ready).
  • Extend offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and support onboarding coordination.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or golf industries.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience recruiting for golf, retail, warehouse, or corporate positions.
    • Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions.
    • Experience with employment branding, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
    • Hands-on experience using UKG Recruiting (UKG Pro or UKG Ready) as an applicant tracking system
    • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk in an office environment.

      Compensation:

      $25 - $35 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications.
