Responsibilities:

-Talent Sourcing and Identification:

· Use various tools, databases, and networks to identify potential candidates.

· Conduct proactive research to find passive candidates who may not actively seek a new position.

Candidate Assessment:

· Screen potential

candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the role.

· Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Shortlisting and Presentation:

· Present a curated list of top candidates to the client.

· Provide detailed insights and assessments of each candidate to the client.

· Maintain a relationship with the candidate through the interview process

· First-year OTE is $62,000 - $72,000 + with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000

· The second-year OTE is $62,000 - $110,000
