Recruiter
HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS’ CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
ABOUT YOU:
The selected candidate will play a critical role in the sourcing, identifying and recruiting of professionals for the corporate location.
The role partners with HR amp; hiring managers to understand recruiting needs based on business objectives and to identify and attract a diverse pool of top talent to Jostens based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The incumbent maintains effective working relationships with all levels of the company’s hiring management, monitors staffing processes to ensure legal compliance, and actively sources, recruits and hires diverse talent to grow the business.
JOB PRIORITIES:
Recruitment
  • ​Full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, candidate assessment, offer negotiation.
  • Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews and matching skills with hiring needs.
  • Update applicant tracking system for accurate tracking and maintenance of project assignments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategy. Utilize a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through referrals, networking events, cold calling, industry groups, diversity groups, and job boards.
Contractor Management
  • Manage contract recruiting process and be point of contact for agency vendors.
Onboarding
  • Manage and facilitate entire onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring all legal requirements are completed according to company policies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure best in class experience for all new employees.
Workforce Administration Support
  • Create and submit all promotion letters, status change forms
  • Prepare and manage offboarding paperwork for exiting employees.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to utilize technology to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in sourcing candidates
  • Knowledge and experience with other innovative candidate sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships; is approachable and reaches out to others to build positive working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to judge talent
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and tasks while managing work time efficiently
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
