Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization. They are seeking a Technical Program Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day technical liaison between Medical OEM engineering teams in Madison, WI and TCS engineering teams in Bangalore, India, driving information flow and ensuring alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering teams
• Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, or stalled decisions and drive resolution
• Facilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zones
• Track dependencies, action items, and risks; escalate issues early
• Translate high-level engineering intent into clear, executable next steps for offshore teams
• Perform V&V activities (test definition, execution, and review) for engineering changes as appropriate
• Ensure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs and quality expectations
