Key Responsibilities Logistical Assistance: Support the execution of large-scale events, including Town Halls and All Hands meetings. This includes assisting with venue logistics, audio-visual coordination, and attendee invitation lists. On-Site Support: Serve as a point of contact during live events to assist with room setup and on-site logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for leaders and participants. Administrative Partnership: Coordinate with other departments to align schedules and ensure consistent event planning across the enterprise. Agenda Development: Assist in the creation and management of meeting agendas for recurring governance forums and leadership sessions. Process Support: Support timeline and milestone tracking across project workstreams, flagging schedule risks as needed. Partner with the broader team to keep deliverables within the agreed scope and timeline. Gap Coverage: Provide flexible administrative support during peak event cycles or when organizational needs require it.
