Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello is typically required. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are key soft skills that support success in this role. These skills enable CAPMs to efficiently assist project managers, keep projects on track, and contribute positively to team objectives.
