GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are actively seeking an aggressive, results-oriented, and proactive Account Manager to add to our growing management and consulting services teams. Our Data Solutions practice provides delivery expertise in big data, analytics, and digital transformation. Solutions include data governance, data management, analytics, ML and AI, and other data capabilities that add value to our clients in the healthcare and financial services verticals. This position will focus on helping to build collaborative relationships with current and future clients and identifying high value project opportunities that use technology-based solutions to deliver business driven value. This role would also maintain relationships and manage a team of consultants to successfully deliver various projects and assignments.
The ideal candidate will have previous consulting experience with a proven track record of overall account and project leadership and generating revenue through the expansion of existing client relationships. Must be self-motivated to take Initiative, a problem solver, goal-oriented tenacity, a team player, and have a high standard of integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily client management and relationship expansion, ideally becoming a trusted advisor
  • Aggressively discover and sell new business opportunities within account to grow and deepen client relationship
  • Assemble, communicate with, and lead project teams and resources to deliver expected client results and value
  • Negotiate with clients to set and manage project expectations and budgetary requirements
  • Communicate project and consultant direction, approach, priorities, and status to client and w3r management
  • Understand and communicate w3r capabilities and service offerings, Including potentially the development of new proposals and pitch material
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven account and project management experience in consulting and solutions services
  • Proficiency and prior project experience with some or all of the following service offerings: data management, data governance, data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales track record in consulting services
  • Proficiency and experience working with IT oriented projects and consultants
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Motivated to succeed/passion around organization goals
  • Process/Quality driven
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
