Troy, MI | Full-Time

Experienced Technical Program Manager with 15โ€“20 years in leading large-scale IT programs across public sector and higher education environments. Expertise in managing multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs exceeding $10M budgets, driving end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Strong background in SaaS, ERP/CRM implementations, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key strengths include:

  • Program strategy, roadmap planning, and execution
  • Executive stakeholder management (CIO/VP/Director level)
  • Risk management, governance, and compliance oversight
  • Public sector procurement and RFP/RFI lifecycle knowledge
