Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is embarking on a strategic transformation to embed artificial intelligence into its products and platforms. They are seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-year AI Transformation program, managing a portfolio of AI-driven projects and driving organizational adoption of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the planning and execution of the company's multiyear AI Transformation program, aligning initiatives with long-term business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of AI-driven projects, including automation of data acquisition, natural language search, predictive repair analytics, and integration of AI-powered insights into flagship products.
• Lead organizational adoption of AI capabilities, ensuring stakeholders understand impacts on workflows, data governance, and customer value delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7 years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years leading large-scale technology or AI/ML transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, multi-year programs with high visibility and strategic impact.
• Change agent who drives adoption of new ways of working by bridging strategy and execution, championing change, and enabling teams to successfully embed transformation.
• Prior work experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a strong plus.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with ACES/PIES/VMRS standards and automotive parts & service workflows.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with proven success managing executive stakeholders.
