                                                                      Environmental Sustainability Program Manager

Position Summary

The Environmental Sustainability Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of total waste management, recycling, and sustainability consulting services across client businesses across North America. This role ensures successful delivery of

programs aligned with zero waste to landfill goals, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•On-site visits with stakeholder sites to evaluate established programs.

•Manage end-to-end delivery of waste management and recycling consulting services.

•Conduct and oversee waste assessments and data analysis.

•Develop and implement recycling and diversion programs.

•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external recycling vendors.

•Monitor performance metrics, including waste diversion and ESG reporting

•Ensure environmental regulatory compliance

•Drive continuous improvement and innovation in waste processes

•Oversee invoicing, cost management, and financial tracking within budgets

•Develop training programs and support employee engagement

•Prepare deliverables, including monthly reports and annual ESG summaries

. Monthly Project estimating and bidding

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

•2-5+ years of project management experience

•Demonstrated knowledge of Federal R.C.R.A and D.O.T Regulations

•Experience in sustainability, recycling, or waste management preferred

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management

•Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
