About the Team
The Buyer II - Program is part of a global team launching ADAS and Radar products, working cross-functionally to drive sourcing, ensure on-time program execution, meet cost and quality targets, support supplier and commodity management, and contribute to cost savings, planning, and key program reviews.
What you can look forward to as the Buyer II-Program:
  • Execute and manage new program launches, ensuring on-time delivery and successful PPAP completion.
  • Drive safe launch activities to meet cost, quality, and performance targets.
  • Lead sourcing and closure of activities for assigned or running programs.
  • Oversee commodity and supplier management, including PFS activities, GCS support, and supply continuity.
  • Support escalation and shortage management to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Contribute to cost planning and reporting, including OP planning and long-range plan alignment.
  • Drive material cost savings through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Commodity, Engineering, VMT, Plants).
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and governance, including costing, negotiations, reviews, and preparation of approval documentation.

Your Profile as Buyer II- Program:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, program management, or supply chain management
  • Exposure to automotive and safety critical environments, with understanding of ADAS product architecture and electronics systems
  • Solid knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components
  • Practical understanding of purchasing and sourcing processes within a global automotive environment
