A results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading complex, cross-functional, and global programs from inception to delivery. This role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to drive mission-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve organizational goals while managing risks, timelines, and budgets effectively.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational priorities.Partner with business leaders, product teams, and executive stakeholders to define program vision, scope, objectives, and success metrics.Own and drive integrated program plans, including MS Project schedules, Jira tracking, and Confluence documentation, ensuring transparency and governance across workstreams.Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional and globally distributed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Act as the central point of coordination across engineering, business, finance, legal, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and governance models to improve program execution efficiency and consistency.Drive proactive risk management by identifying dependencies, trade-offs, and potential blockers; implement mitigation and contingency plans.Deliver regular, data-driven updates to senior leadership, including program health, KPIs, financials, risks, and key decisions required.Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize delivery outcomes and business impact.Manage program budgets, resource planning, and financial tracking to ensure delivery within approved constraints.Ensure quality, compliance, and readiness of deliverables for mission-critical systems and business processes.
