Celtic Team Program Director (Latchkey) Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with, and administration of, all State of Michigan Child Care Licensing law and Technical Assistance Manual rules.
  • Compliance with, and administration of, all Archdiocese of Detroit Child Care rules.
  • Compliance with, and administration of, USDA Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program rules and guidelines for food service.
  • Compliance with, and administration of, US Dept. of Health and Human Services and Oakland County Health Department guidelines.
  • Help administer all program policies and best practices.
  • Comply with Parent Handbook and Staff Handbook.

Duties:
  • Help provide direct supervision of students from school dismissal to guardian release.
  • Help guide daily routines for afterschool programming.
  • Hours are 2:30 PM-6 PM on days that school is in session.

Qualifications:
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Criminal Background Check and Protecting God's Children
  • History of classroom teaching, before/after school programs, religious education, summer camp, and/or child supervision preferred
