Lead development of project strategy, stakeholder engagement, oversee operations. Looking for someone to work specific kind of project that combines Security, Quality Assurance, Business Processes, Technical Architecture, and Data Governance.
This position oversees all aspects of the program life cycle, using a formal program management methodology and the appropriate tools to develop a program plan, budget, risk management approach, and schedule. An Individual serving in this role is responsible for coordination of all program-related activities, including directing/managing the program and consulting on Business/Strategy, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities to members serving on the program team, and communicating status and issues to stakeholders and IT management.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering Management or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
• Preferred 8 - 10 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale IT systems, with 3 or more years in a Program Management role.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A solid background in system design techniques, testing, implementation, release and version control, and training approaches.
