Technical Program Director
Location: Hybrid In VA or NY

Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across our engineering teams in the US. You'll work closely with development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple time zones. This role requires someone who can navigate technical complexity, remove blockers, and keep distributed teams aligned.
What You'll Do
Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Manage resource allocation and task prioritization across engineering teams
  • Track progress and adjust plans based on changing requirements
  • Ensure consistent delivery cadence across multiple projects

Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Provide regular status updates to executives and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business objectives
  • Manage expectations and negotiate scope, timeline, and resource trade-offs
  • Maintain transparent communication across international teams

Team Coordination & Collaboration
  • Facilitate team meetings and status sync-ups across multiple time zones
  • Remove blockers to enable team productivity
  • Foster collaboration between development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams

Risk & Process Management

What We're Looking For
