The Frontier of AI & Solutions TPM team is at the forefront of driving innovation by accelerating Generative AI (GenAI) from cutting-edge research into secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise-scale production. We own and advance core platforms and high-impact solutions, establishing the definitive enterprise guardrails and delivery pathways that enable safe, accelerated AI adoption across the entire company.

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive programs at the intersection of Generative AI research and production-scale deployment. This role will focus on multi-agent conversational systems, agentic AI architectures, inference optimization, and model pretraining/finetuning workflows. You will collaborate closely with world-class researchers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to take cutting-edge AI models from concept to production, while ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and business objectives.

Our TPM Directors will:

  • Have strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle

  • Provide a quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker

  • Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives

  • Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives

  • Drive development and orchestration of agentic AI chatbots and intelligent assistants, enabling scalable, context-aware multi-agent interactions.

  • Partner with researchers to manage pretraining, finetuning, and inference optimization efforts, ensuring performance and efficiency at scale.

  • Collaborate with risk, security, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with generative

  • Establish frameworks for experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of generative AI models. Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery.

  • Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical applications and drive adoption into production environments.

  • Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • Have excellent problem solving and influencing skill

  • Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives

  • Provide a deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results

  • Provide exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing

  • 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS

  • 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery

  • 3+ years years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact

  • Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
