Job description

The Job
The Program Manager is an important part of the executive staff at Wired YBP Radio. As part of the team, the Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day dealings of the station. From providing preliminary approvals for show content, overseeing the show scheduling, delegating these various responsibilities over to each radio DJ and producer in charge of their own shows, and obtaining the final decisions from the Producer.
The Program Manager for radio can be further broken into sales manager, general station manager, traffic manager, content manager and others depending on the needs and size of the radio station.
The Commitment
The Program Manager position requires a comittment of four-hours a week with six-hours on show weeks. Shows are twice a month.
The Requirements
Wired YBP Radio is seeking someone with experience in project management and team leadership. Radio experience is a plus.
