Job description

Position: Program Supervisor

Reports to: Program Director

Salary: $47, 611/year

Status: Full-time/Salaried/Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

CLO is seeking a driven, initiative-taking individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as consumers at our Medically fragile location .

This position will directly oversee the daily operations of group home and SIL settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management.

HOURS: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation. Some weekends and/or evenings are necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Five years combination of related higher education and experience required.

Previous supervisory experience highly desired.

Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Clinical experience writing goals and objectives and/or person-entered plans.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and/or evenings, when necessary.

Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language.

Technical and descriptive writing skills necessary.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation required.
