Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Non-Technical Project Manager with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $50.00/hr. - $75.00/hr.

Duties:

· We are seeking a results-driven Non-Technical Project Manager with demonstrated experience in SAP CRM or ECC.

· This role is pivotal in coordinating project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating collaboration across global teams.

· Lead end-to-end initiatives for SAP CRM and ECC modules, including planning, execution, and delivery.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align project goals with strategic objectives.

· Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

· Oversee documentation efforts including business process flows, training materials, and test scripts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.

· 3 years of experience in project management preferred, or experience with SAP CRM or ECC environments.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred but not required.
