HYBRID in Atlanta, GA
1yr Contract
Payrate: $43-47/hr. on W2 max
Client: PDR4/Delta
KEY SKILLS:

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
-Expert abilities in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) to synthesize datapoints into a cohesive story. Smart Sheet preferred.
-Background in Agile/SCRUM, project management using MS Project, analysis.
-Demonstrated strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to produce results quickly with minimal direct guidance; self-starter initiative to identify next steps and opportunities.
-Solution-oriented, multi-task capable and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
-Demonstrated ability to listen, understand information, assess, communicate and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
-Demonstrated ability to design and deliver program and project management methodology across multiple solution delivery models i.e. Agile, iterative, etc.
-Instill the mindset of taking proactive measures to move programs and projects forward, add value and deliver greater responsiveness and satisfaction with IT delivery and execution.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
-Leader with overall responsibility for managing/supporting/contributing to the day-to-day delivery/execution of the program and project management.
-Exhibit proactive leadership behavior by leading and managing program/project planning initiatives to ensure the continued development of a best in class IT delivery and execution program.
-Applicant should be self-motivated and able to perform daily responsibilities satisfactorily in a fast-paced environment under pressure with little supervision.
-Applicant must possess self-starter initiative to identify next steps, opportunities and push towards next steps with little direction, and ability to produce results quickly with minimal direct guidance.
-Create and lead meetings with clearly written agendas, desired outcomes, action items and take notes on next steps and share with meeting attendees.
-Lead the development and implementation of the program and project management framework, methods, process and tools applicable to multiple types of solution delivery (Agile, iterative, swarming).
-Ability to be professional, kind and develop solid, positive relationships company-wide and clearly communicate needs/requirements with direct leaders.
-Interface with business unit leaders, internal customers and key stakeholders to develop, implement and deliver. Engage in responding to customer needs for program and project management services as requested for incoming demand.
-Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguous problems and approach work in a flexible, can-do positive way.
-Ability to manage complex, high-profile projects, drive action and timely follow-up with both internal stakeholders and external business partners to establish programs and partnerships that enhance Employee Relations.
-Work with the program/project management team on risk mitigation plans and ensure that proactive measures are being taken to address project risks and budget impacts as well, reinforce key elements of success and identify areas of improvement.
-Comfortable creating visual presentations, receiving feedback, contributing and passing off presentations to leaders and/or supporting leaders in presenting or presenting to leadership and executive leadership.
-Ability to remove roadblocks to success through strong relationships, effective verbal and written communication and creative solutions to new and long-standing challenges.
-Solution-oriented, multi-task capable and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
-Curiosity and willingness to work on additional projects as needed, including Business Analyst work, documenting processes, Product Owner work including writing user stories, Scrum Master work including burn charts, Project Management work including decision logs, project plans, roadmaps, change documentation, risk assessment, reporting and ad-hoc analytical requests.
-Ability to gain alignment on key performance measures and report program performance and effectiveness to executive leaders and other stakeholders throughout each program phase.
-Critical thinking skills to create and translate analysis into clear insights.
-Possess strong analytical, sound organizational and planning skills, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to make sound business decisions.
-Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment to assess cross-divisional business challenges and create a streamlined approach toward a solution, for both the short-term and long-term.
-Must be highly proficient in written and oral communication and able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations for senior leaders with a keen eye toward precision and detail.
-Possesses analytical mindset and innate curiosity, valuing research, insight, metrics and data-driven decision-making.
-Desire and willingness to learn and improve. Desire to learn new project management software tools or other required information to launch successful projects and products.
-Ability to contribute to a team, collaborate and at times assist other team members with projects and products.
-Manage privacy impact assessment processes on behalf of the Employee Relations COE team in partnership with the Information Security & Privacy office.
-Participate in the change management process/corporate communications coordination as needed during product implementation.

To deliver on this mission,
The Project Manager- Employee Relations will be responsible for supporting Employee Relations and Investigations Team. The individual will lead high-profile initiatives that support Employee Relations while partnering cross-divisionally with other internal organizations and externally with vendors and business partners.
The Project Manager will leverage skills in strategic thinking, cross-divisional coordination and project and data management in order to assist Employee Relations leaders to execute on strategy, modernization, process improvement and federal mandates. This role will be part of a strong team who will work closely with many Division leaders to develop and deliver outcomes that align with Employee Relations short- and long-term business strategies
