Job Description:
This role supports cross-brand offer creation and incentive testing, helping ensure incentive and offer data is accurate, timely, and advertised across our digital retail experiences. This person works with multiple internal and external partners to maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot web services and data details. This team is responsible for providing technical solutions for brands and our dealers to enable industry leading sales and service experience.
This position serves as an operational and cross-functional partner within the incentive and offer ecosystem, helping coordinate deliverables, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and maintain alignment across business, technical, and agency teams.
This position will help develop customer centric strategies, and solution the technology needed to enable and support them, for both Tier 1 and Tier 3 shopping experiences. This role will assist in managing schedules and timelines for developing new technical strategies, as well as communicating details to key stakeholders and impacted partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate monthly offer authoring activities for Go To Market execution across supported brands and experiences, including enhancements and updates as business needs arise
  • Review, validate, and maintain offer-related content and data to ensure accuracy across consuming applications and digital retail experiences
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to clarify business needs and technical requirements
  • Assist with release readiness activities, including requirement gathering, timeline coordination, and cross-team communication
  • Support technical release activities, including UAT and validation across multiple environments
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting offer setup, display, or downstream consumption
  • Assist with managing and resolving field team escalations requiring JIRA level 2 support
  • Maintain and develop documentation and organization strategies to support operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Escalate risks, gaps, or issues that may affect monthly launches or enhancement delivery
  • Build a working understanding of incentive systems, web services and downstream dependencies to support technical changes and issue resolution
  • Partner with external technical agencies to gather technical requirements for application and web service upgrades, and manage release timelines to ensure business needs are properly met

Required Experience:
  • Experience supporting incentives, offer management, digital retail, or a related business or operations function
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring execution work with accuracy and consistency
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with changing priorities
