Job description

Join to apply for the Technical Project Manager role at Castlight Health . We are seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage the successful delivery of technical projects across multiple teams. The TPM will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, engineers and product managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Remote position; candidates located in Minnesota are preferred. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross‐functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations, etc.). Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies. Track project performance and report regularly to leadership on status and KPIs.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‐ups, and retrospectives. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals. Maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and post‐mortems.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices. Collaborate with external vendors and partners when needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Experience working with cross‐functional technical teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for non‐technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications PMP, PMI‐ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
