Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, communication and administration of a variety of JE Dunn's talent acquisition programs, projects, and initiatives.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core
  • Responsible for leading the planning, execution and administration of talent acquisition systems, processes, and programs such as initiative management and tracking, collateral management, contingent hiring partnerships, and ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Translate talent acquisition strategy into clear, actionable program plans, aligning initiatives, timelines, and metrics with business priorities.
  • Maintains a pulse on best practices and trends; Drives continuous improvement using a combination of process discipline, creativity, and innovation to enhance the talent acquisition process.
  • Identies weak or non-existent processes, analyzes organizational impact and takes action to build or strengthen them as needed.
  • Leverages data to inform recommendations, successes, and opportunities.
  • Works with a variety of external and internal partners and stakeholders - HR Business Partners, HRIS, the People Lead Team, Marketing & Communications - to provide talent acquisition strategy, process, and systems coordination.
  • Consults with stakeholders and clients regarding the best way to create and implement a solution or display information through all consulting phases (analysis, design and implementation).
  • Builds and delivers informational presentations and training regarding processes and programs.
  • Manages enterprise level change management for talent acquisition related initiatives and programs.

Education
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (Required)
    • In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered
Experience
  • 8+ years human resources experience (Required)
  • Relevant talent acquisition experience including full cycle recruitment and/or talent acquisition program management (Preferred)
  • Prociency with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems (Preferred)
