We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Software Development Manager to lead and grow our talented development team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization
  • Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices
  • Foster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities
  • Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines
  • Drive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform
  • Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met
  • Implement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
  • Experience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React of Blazor)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively convey technical concepts
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
