  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive with minimal supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Bistrack is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable

Education & Experience

  • Previous B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Hands-on construction or building materials experience strongly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently throughout the workday
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including production settings
  • Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional job-related duties as needed

Why Join Wilson Lumber?

  • Family-owned company with over 70 years of local service
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • A values-driven culture where people matter
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development

Ready to Grow With Us?

If you’re passionate about people, materials, and making a difference in the construction industry, we’d love to hear from you.
