Job description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in product quality and operations? We are seeking a Sample Analyst to play a vital role in our quality assurance process. In this position, you will bridge the gap between hands-on product management and consumer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for retrieving and tracking product samples from a world-renowned consumer portfolio, performing basic inspections, and communicating directly with consumers to resolve product inquiries and complaints. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves structured processes, cross-functional teamwork, and keeping data exceptionally accurate.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sample Analyst to manage product samples, maintain accurate internal documentation, and support overall consumer product quality processes. This operations-based role involves hands-on sample handling (including basic inspections) and direct consumer interaction regarding product complaints. The ideal candidate will work directly with our consumer products and must possess solid organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample Management: Retrieve, store, and manage physical product samples according to established internal procedures.

  • Data Logging: Identify, log, and accurately capture all relevant sample information into internal databases.

  • Inspection: Conduct basic sample dissection and inspection tasks as required.

  • Consumer Support: Support consumer care initiatives by following up directly with customers regarding product complaints.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Document all inspection findings and customer interactions in the appropriate tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, quality assurance, or sample/inventory handling.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency using Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook) and data entry databases.

  • Communication: solid verbal and written communication skills for professional consumer follow-up.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to strictly follow structured processes and documentation requirements.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical samples and perform basic, hands-on inspection/dissection tasks.
