We currently have a role available for a Pharma Sample Management Coordinator.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing an effective streamlined sample management process for biological samples.
    • Utilizing Microsoft Office suite and other sample management systems.
  • Collaborating with key personnel in facilities and lab operations.
  • Properly handling temperature sensitive samples.
  • Planning, prioritizing and organizing workload and competing priorities.
  • Precisely preparing shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Providing critical feedback to improve workflows and implementation of best practices.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • BS - Biology, Biochemistry or related field with 4-6 years of laboratory/ experience (preferably pharma), specifically with sample management.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Works well both within a team and as an individual.
    • Proven ability to work under high-pressure environments preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently.
  • Demonstration of excellent team player and collaboration skills, very strong attention to detail, very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.


This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
