Job description

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

  1. Performs material cutting using hand industrial size scissors and Hand Cutting Machines to accurately cut various markers, unique samples and various re-sizing repairs.
  2. Operates Laser Cutter machine
  3. Read and Understand the trims sheets
  4. Operates the Hot knife machine to Cuts trims by their SCI code
  5. Be able to understand the SCI code and replenish sample room’s inventory accordingly
  6. Assists sewers by operating the grommets, button holes, bar tacking machines, etc.
  7. Assists with master samples management
  8. Assists with assembly and packaging
  9. Be able to print UPS labels to ship final products
  10. Monitor projects in Manager’s absence.
  11. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
  12. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
  13. Perform other related duties as required and or as assigned.
