TheManufacturing & Tech Ops-Manager/ Senior Managerisresponsible forleading aprojectteam and overseeing the execution of work aligned to project, client, and businessobjectives. This role balancespeopleleadership with operational accountability, including coaching, performance management, resource planning, and ensuring high-quality delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.This positionplays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of production and support equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves executing reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, and supporting GMP-compliant operations.
Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, andreplacecomponents for pharmaceutical-grade machinery and cleanroom equipment.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical professionals to deliver highquality work aligned with project, client, and businessobjectives.
Provide daytodaypeopleleadership, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing skills development, to build a strong and capable technical team.

The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $170,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
