Innerest Solutions/Yes Sales are fast-growing, marketing & sales company in Los Angeles, CA. We are committed to being the beauty industry's most trusted and relied-upon partner, providing the best quality marketing tools and skills for promoting our clients' products to the markets. Currently, we sell our clients' products through the big chain markets such as Albertsons, Target, Ulta, Kroger, Walmart and etc.
We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative who can focus on maintaining effective business relationships with assigned clients as well as identifying and onboarding new clients. This highly motivated, well-organized individual will manage external agencies, oversee trade show participation, and develop creative campaigns for the promotion of the company and clients. Additionally, this individual will need to work on strategic planning, attending the national/international trade shows, and following up with buyers for potential partnerships.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers (MFGs) and Clients (Buyers)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
  • Communicate with customers/clients through phone, e-mails, chats, and personal visits
  • Contribute to planning and preparing for the big national/international trade shows, such as Cosmoprof, ECRM, Beautycon, etc.
  • Professionally present clients' products to new buyers at trade shows and maintain partnerships with them to make sales
  • Manage marketing & sales materials to utilize in different types of situations
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new customer opportunities
  • Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
  • Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
  • Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan
  • Review production schedule and work orders
  • Develops, establish, and implement systems and procedures to improve the day-to-day activities in the shipping department
  • Development of marketing materials including emails, presentations

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Ability to learn and sell technically complex products
  • Strengths in networking and relationship development
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality, able to effectively engage with customers across a range of settings spanning one-to-one meetings, exhibitions, and formal
  • Experienced in the Beauty industry
  • 3+ years of sales representative experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presenting, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
