Job description

The Virtual Sales Representative will execute client marketing plans by virtually delivering sales materials/presentations/messaging to a defined target list. They will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent target coverage. This job will be for a 6 month pilot program.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Executes marketing and sales direction in a compliant, comprehensive and accurate manner to achieve promotional objectives
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted products.
• Communicate effectively with peers, outside sales representatives, client and management.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customers.
• Achieve performance goals and objectives established with client.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted products.
• Communicates effectively with peers, outside sales representatives and management.
• Develop a call schedule to ensure coverage utilizing a pre-/post-call process.
• Follow all client guidelines, training, and business rules.
Job Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Sales Experience and track record of success in prior roles
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Expert selling skills, engagement and relationship building success.
• Ability to learn quickly/apply product knowledge to promote products compliantly
• Consistently demonstrates initiative, self-starter, ability to work independently
• Possess strong business acumen and prioritization skills.
