WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Title Operations Consultant will play a key role in establishing Qualia's Settlement Consulting Service. This service will provide clients across the country with the expertise, support, and software needed to launch new title and closing operations. This service will help our clients implement: compliance and best practices, industry recruiting, operations/systems reviews, licensing, new market launches, and software implementation.
As the title industry undergoes rapid transformation through artificial intelligence, this role will be instrumental in helping clients identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and automation within their operations. You'll guide clients through evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in their title and closing workflows.
The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience launching national Title and Escrow operations. This person will have deep industry experience, connections, and also be excited to drive innovation in the industry by leveraging Qualia's transformational platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducting operational audits of lenders, brokerages, and other real estate companies across the country to help them determine the best fit for their organizational needs
  • Establish a repeatable framework that empowers our clients to effectively launch new title and escrow businesses on Qualia, enabling Qualia's continued growth
  • Deliver best-in-class consulting service
  • Monitor customers' internal processes and procedures to ensure best practices are maintained, and identify areas of organizational risk and non-compliance
  • Leverage playbooks, scripts, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent, repeatable execution
  • Assess client readiness for AI adoption and identify high-impact use cases for AI integration in title production, document processing, and compliance workflows
  • Guide clients in implementing AI-powered solutions for tasks such as document analysis, data extraction, commitment generation, and exception identification
  • Develop change management strategies that help clients successfully adopt AI tools while maintaining quality standards and team engagement
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies in real estate and title operations, translating innovations into practical client applications
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 7+ years of experience in Title and Escrow operations
  • 5+ years of experience launching and overseeing Title and Escrow operations operating in multiple states or geographic regions within the United States
  • Extensive knowledge of title and escrow in multiple states to expertly manage operations across different regions
  • Experience in customizing, executing, and monitoring effective new process workflow rollouts within a centralized organization
  • Extensive experience in planning and overseeing the implementation of closing workflows and software implementations
  • Attention to detail with an unwavering high standard for quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while operating at a high level
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong and structured communication style, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in title operations
