Job description

The operation consultant will provide an outstanding customer experience by resolving customer issues, opening new accounts and offering special services, as appropriate. Position is responsible for being a role model for Coverall Western Michigan customer-centric culture. This position requires interaction with salespeople, customers and franchises both on-site and in the field.

Responsibilities

· Work with customers to build relationships by uncovering needs and recommending the best services and solutions to meet those needs.

· Assist with customer questions and/or issues relating to their accounts.

· Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Coverall’s documentation practices and procedures.

· Review Monthly statements with Franchisees

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

· 1+ year of previous operations experience or 1+ year of equivalent sales or customer service experience

· College degree preferred but experienced candidates with HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent will be considered

· Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction

· Demonstrated computer proficiency

· Desire and willingness to call on prospects and be proactive.

· Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

·· Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality using tact and diplomacy

· Strong problem solving & strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions

· Exceptional written and oral communication including facilitation & summarization skills to drive action and results

· Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail including the ability to create and maintain documentation

· Adjust positively to quickly changing priorities
