Salary: Commission based ability to make $100K + annually

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in the replacement window industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality replacement windows to residential customers. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the selection process, provide accurate estimates, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the replacement window industry, we want to hear from you.


Essential Functions:

  1. Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  2. Educate clients on the benefits of our replacement window products, including energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics.
  3. Perform on-site assessments to accurately measure windows and provide detailed quotes and proposals.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and pricing options to meet customer requirements.
  5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
  6. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including referrals and self generated leads.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Follow up with customers post-installation to address any concerns, collect feedback, and solicit referrals.
  9. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.


Competencies:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the replacement window industry.

  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering results and exceeding sales targets.

This position requires local travel.
