What You'll Do
You'll meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and help them improve the comfort, beauty, efficiency, and safety of their homes.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
- Inspect fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems
- Identify safety concerns and recommend solutions
- Present fireplace, stove, chimney, and masonry options
- Build professional estimates using an iPad
- Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism
- Follow up on previous estimates
- Close the sale
Our installation crews handle the installation.
You focus on helping customers and earning their trust.

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- In-home sales experience is a plus
- Construction or home improvement experience is helpful
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs when necessary
- Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable using an iPad and learning new software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
