Costello's Hearth and Spa is looking for a results-driven sales representative to join our Fireplace and Hot Tub sales division. Additional sales responsibilities include Patio and Grill sales. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The Sky is the Limit when it comes to our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Foster sales growth opportunities by following up with assigned leads
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with other team members
  • Maintain showroom housekeeping standards to exceed customer expectations
  • Continuously improve through feedback
