Job Title: AI GTM & Sales Operations Consultant Location: Hybrid (2x/week in San Francisco) Start Date: July 2026 Duration: 5 Months Contract-to-Hire Compensation Range: $80 - $90 / hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .

Job Description: Seeking a senior GTM Operations and Revenue Operations expert to support a large-scale AI transformation initiative focused on quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning processes within a B2B SaaS environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Create current-state and future-state process maps.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, swimlane documentation, and operational specifications.
  • Define business rules and workflow requirements for AI-enabled processes.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into implementation-ready documentation.
  • Facilitate alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Support quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8โ€“15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Deep expertise in quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning/books of business.
  • B2B SaaS industry experience.
  • Consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or similar planning platforms.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and uncover undocumented business processes.
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements-writing skills.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled workflows and agent-based systems.
  • Excellent executive-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leveraging AI tools within GTM or Revenue Operations environments.
  • Experience working across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT organizations.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Familiarity with sales capacity planning frameworks and operational planning models.
  • Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives.
