Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued.
Resident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

โ€ข Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
โ€ข Encourage resident independence and social interaction.
