This position focuses on supporting the daily living activities of residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals to monitor residents' health status and report any changes promptly. By fostering a respectful and empathetic environment, the Resident Care Assistant helps enhance the quality of life for individuals under their care. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the holistic care approach, promoting dignity and independence for each resident.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of resident care principles and safety protocols.
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
