In this job, everyday you will...

1. Partnerwith the health services leadership in the development and implementationof Cooperative Service Plans and ensures that the Cooperative ServicePlans are completed and updated in a timely manner.

2. Coordinateand assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training new health servicesteam members.

3. Collaboratewith leadership team to create and maintain health services schedule that accommodatesrequested days off, vacations and sick time while maintaining appropriatestaffing levels according to resident care needs and state requirements.

4. Maintainthe medication carts and room in an organized, clean and safe manner. Submitsorders for medications, supplies and equipment as prescribed by physiciansand as established by the community policies and procedures.

5. Coordinateinformation pertaining to changes in residents' condition, personalneeds, appointments, and outside services and communicates information toappropriate individuals.

6. Workas a Medication Aide and/or Personal Care Attendant as needed to cover shiftsor assigned by health services leadership to stay apprised of residentcare concerns and to educate, train, and guide health services teammembers.

7. Educate,monitor and practice safety procedures relating to equipment, chemicals, toolsand utensils including infection control and universal precautions.

Education & Experienceyou need to qualify:

  • You will need at least one-year experience as aPersonal Care Attendant or 6 months as a Medication Technician/Aide, orprevious experience as a Resident Care Coordinator.
  • You have experience in an Assisted Livingsetting preferred, and the ability to work on-call, weekends and holidaysas scheduled.
  • You hold your high school diploma, GED orequivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education,training and experience.
