  • Evaluate internal systems, workflows, and processes; identify inefficiencies; and implement solutions that improve effectiveness and accountability.
  • Support the CEO in managing cross-functional priorities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring execution of key initiatives.
  • Lead or support special projects, organizational reporting, and executive-level initiatives.
Performance Management, Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, funding requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Conduct regulatory review, risk assessment, and due diligence to support organizational integrity and accountability.
  • Maintain services and operations in accordance with required governance standards.
Administration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Program, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  • Interpret and provide guidance on organizational policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements related to human resource operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employees, clients, and organizational information.
Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR and operations leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance frameworks, and human resources best practices.
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or public sector environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational systems, manage cross-functional initiatives, and advise executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
