  • Support and oversee HR-related audits by government agencies or third-party auditors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to local HR representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing HR-related concerns, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Travel to facilities as needed to provide hands-on support, training, and compliance audits.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • At least 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • 5-7 years of overall Human Resources experience
  • Willingness to travel to various facilities as needed.
  • SHRM and/or PHR certification and senior living experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HRIS experience is required to streamline HR operations and decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive salary & comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic, mission-driven organization
