Job Summary/Company: We seek a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role demands a versatile professional capable of seamlessly managing a wide range of HR functions. From crafting innovative HR strategies to ensuring compliance, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leadership to drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve, and implement best practices will be essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and management.
