Remote Recruitment is hiring an HR Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll keep the people admin running smoothly for a UK team, from onboarding new starters to maintaining accurate employee records.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
  • Support onboarding, including contracts and new-starter paperwork
  • Track absence, leave and other HR administration
  • Respond to routine employee queries
  • Help prepare HR reports for the wider team

What you'll need

  • Experience in an HR administration or HR support role
