Pharmacy Manager - Community - Direct Hire!
Location: Friday Harbor, WA
Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $80-90/hr

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity at a community pharmacy in the Friday Harbor area. This role will lead daily pharmacy operations while supporting patient care, team development, and overall pharmacy performance.

Assignment Details

  • Start: As soon as available
  • Position Type: Direct hire (full-time)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed

Compensation

  • $80.00 – $90.00 per hour
  • Relocation assistance available

Requirements

  • Active Washington Pharmacist License
  • 3+ years of pharmacist experience required
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
  • Lead and support pharmacy staff
