Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a food and beverage manufacturing facility. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly production and warehouse positions, working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for hourly manufacturing and production roles.
  • Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HR.
  • Extend job offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, production, or operations roles preferred.
