Position Summary
Fundamental Administrative Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Review Coordinator to join our legal team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the intake, tracking, and basic review of all Legal Contracts/Agreements You will ensure that our contract lifecycle-from initial request to final execution-is seamless, compliant, and efficient.

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
Wage Commensuration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Workflow & Intake Management
  • Manage the legal department's contract intake system, ensuring all requests are submitted with complete documentation.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal departments (e.g., HR, Operations, Finance) and legal counsel to clarify business terms.
  • Monitor the "status" of all pending contracts and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.

Contract Review & Compliance
  • Perform initial reviews of vendor agreements, and service contracts to identify missing terms or standard legal deviations.
  • Ensure all contracts align with internal compliance standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage the digital signature process (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and ensure fully executed copies are filed correctly.

Lifecycle & Database Management
  • Generate "Early Warning" reports for upcoming renewals or expirations to prevent service interruptions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of "Standard Templates" for various clinical and business agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or high-level administrative role involving contract coordination.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional proofreading skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies in complex documents.
  • Experience within the healthcare or long-term care sector.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, state-specific healthcare regulations, or vendor management.
