About the Role:

The Security Officer for the Night Shift plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of the premises during overnight hours. This position is responsible for monitoring and protecting property, personnel, and assets from potential threats or unauthorized activities. The officer will conduct regular patrols, respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and ensure compliance with all security protocols. Effective communication and vigilance are essential to identify and mitigate risks proactively. Ultimately, this role ensures a secure environment that supports uninterrupted business operations and peace of mind for all stakeholders during the night.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid security officer license or certification as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably.
  • Basic knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of formal security training programs or courses.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
