Job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will help manage contracts and ensure document compliance while working closely with our accounting, legal, and sales teams to support client contracts. This position reports to the Contracts Supervisor.
Responsibilities
  • Review contracts, vendor agreements and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with the booking team and sales team to gather information regarding customer proposals and pricing.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and organized legal documents and contracts, ensuring documentation is ready for review by our legal team.
  • Act as a liaison between our legal team and customers, to help reconcile contracts and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with departments such as legal, sales, and booking to align contracts with financial objectives.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in construction or related trades, such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, alarm systems, low voltage, or general contracting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High attention to detail to identify potential risks and ensure contractual accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly via email and phone.
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills to interpret contracts and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with team members and customers.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
