You'll be working on the challenges that sit at the heart of modern business. No matter your role, the work you do will help organizations move faster, see more clearly, and tackle questions that used to feel impossible.

If you're ready to meet the moment with innovation, curiosity, and excellence, there's a place for you here.

Deal Desk Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Deal Desk, the Deal Desk Analyst supports a fast-paced, high-performing Sales organization by assisting with the quote-to-order process. This role focuses on accuracy, policy adherence, and timely execution while developing commercial and operational expertise. The Analyst partners closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to help drive efficient deal processing and positive customer and business outcomes.

Building effective working relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in accelerating quote cycles by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of quotes
  • Consistently meet departmental SLAs and turnaround time expectations
  • Ensure accuracy of quote data and required fields in CPQ to reduce downstream errors and rework
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Legal, Credit Control, Revenue Recognition, Order Operations) to support deal progression and closure
  • Follow internal bookings policies, order documentation requirements, and sales compensation considerations
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing training to build Deal Desk expertise

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Order Management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ tool preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment; flexibility during End of Month and End of Quarter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; open to feedback and continuous learning
  • Foundational understanding of revenue recognition concepts, sales contracts, SOX controls, and risk awareness in deal structures
  • Basic understanding of software licensing and SaaS provisioning processes
